The Women’s Fund Grant

The Women’s Fund is committed to supporting the needs of women and children in Topeka/Shawnee County by addressing complex problems through community organizations working to meet current needs and create long-term change.

The Women’s Fund will add unique value to Topeka by:

  • Seeking projects and programs which benefit women and children in Topeka and Shawnee County;

  • Engaging in proactive, participatory grant making, where every member has a vote in how funds are directed;

  • Seeking the expertise and guidance of key community organizations in Topeka for the fund’s grant making and educational activities;

  • Supporting innovative solutions to complex problems.
