Scott Taddiken, L.L.P.
Partner, Stevens & Brand
Scott E. Taddiken is a Partner at Stevens & Brand and has been helping Kansans with their legal needs since 2003. In addition to his work as an attorney, he also teaches estate planning at the University of Kansas School of Law. He applies a similar educational approach to his cases, ensuring clients fully understand their wills, trusts, and succession planning.
As a caring husband, father, and son, Scott knows nothing is more important than the people you love. He brings this family-focused attitude into his client relationships as well, because he firmly believes that effective estate planning requires more than legal knowledge; it requires an understanding of the value of personal relationships and what it means to protect an estate for future generations.
Scott grew up on a farm just north of Clay Center, Kansas, where he learned the importance of hard work, resilience, integrity, and community. He does his best to integrate these qualities into his work as an attorney and everyday life. Scott lives in Topeka with his wife, Gina, and their daughters, Anna and Kate, are both students at KSU. He and his family are active in their church and local community, enjoying any opportunity to support and connect with their fellow Kansans.
